The Husky 100 position ratchet has a really tight arch-swing, which means you can tighten and loosen bolts without having to twist and turn your wrist lots.
In order to show this new tool off, we created two in-store demos to go into hundreds of nationwide Home Depot stores.
The tricky part was they could only cost $100 each to produce, had to be IKEA-level easy to build and only be made from materials found in the Home Depot.
Together with Brian Naujelis, we put our engineering caps on, and concepted, designed and protoyped these two demos.
